Tiny yorkie puppy for adoption. in Manhattan, New York

This is Tubby who will be 12weeks old on OCT. 15th.(first & second pictures are with daddy & mommy)
He's available for adoption after OCT. 17th.
His father is AKC and his mom is ACA, so he's registered under ACA.
His father is 2 lb., and his mom is 3 lb., and both parents are from a line of small yorkies.
He is 1.5lb(he has a sturdy structure) and charting to be around 3.5lb.
His dewclaws are done and tail has been docked.
He's done with his 2nd puppy shot and will need his 3rd one when he turns 14weeks. He's super smart, and knows commands like "sit" "up" and "go home". He's potty trained as well. He's very active and loves giving kisses, like his mommy. He'll be vet checked prior to adoption and he'll come with a health guarantee as well. I'll include a puppy package, which will have: food, treats, toys, a carrier, etc?
