These are shared room with bunk beds (NOT PRIVATE ROOM). You will meet amazing people and make great friends here.
There are 4 apartments. They are all furnished apartments, the only difference is the location:
1) Times Square - Located near 42nd st & 9th ave
2) Chelsea - Located near 30th st & 9th ave
3) Financial District - Located near Broad st & Wall st
4) Financial District - Located near Washington St & Carlisle st
There is no alcohol, smoking, illicit drugs or drama allowed inside any apartment.
Apartments include:
- fully furnished
- all utilities and WIFI
- gym
- lounge
- rooftop
- access to subway within 5 mins of walking
Minimum stay is 1 month, but most people stay between 2-6 months.
All apartments have the same setup: multiple people share a rooms, NO private rooms. Thats why its inexpensive.
