These Victorian swing arm rods will add an elegant look to any room and give complete and total access to any opening--no more hassle with bifold or sliding doors to gain partial access to a closet. They're also perfect for windows and French doors. On each side of an opening, one swing arm rod is inserted into a bracket and swivels open or closed like a hinge on a door. They look like a regular rod when they are closed, but swing open to allow total access without having to slide the curtain back on a rod. The rods in this set are square and adjustable from about 14" to 22"--means they can be used in any opening from 28" to 44" wide. Both sides of the rods are the same color. The rods can also be cut shorter for other uses, such as swing-arm towel bars, toilet paper holders, paper towel holders, plant hangers. etc. The wall brackets project 2.5" from the wall.
