What makes this a unique listing is that we are located 3 blocks from Central Park and a block away from the 6 subway train. There are also a lot of buses. It takes 15 minutes to get to Grand Central Station from the apartment.
FURNISHINGS IN REAR BEDROOM:
The large Room is lovely with lots of light--two windows which overlook a tree-lined back yard area. There is a Queen Sized Bed,(with sheets and covers), towels, dresser with small lamp, night stand with small lamp and clock desk with chair, book shelf, wall shelf, ceiling fan/light and nice sized closet with storage shelves and TV. They are given sets of towels, bed sheets and covers.
The bedroom comfortably fits two.
The Front Room is also furnished.
Guest are expected to clean their room. Otherwise, they will be charged a weekly cleaning fee of $50.
Guest should book minimum stay of three (3) months.
