Almost New Portable LG Air Conditioner / Dehumidifier in Manhattan, New York

Selling my portable LG Air Conditioner with Dehumidifier function (Model LP0814WNR).
Bought it July 12, 2014. It works perfectly and is still brand new clean - I'm only selling it because I moved to an apartment that already has A/C. Comes with user manual, remote control, all parts.

Bought it for $279 + tax from Home Depot (I still have the receipt). Selling for $200 OBO. It's taking up space in my apt so I just want it gone.
