My heart skipped a beat when I first met Fiona. She is the sweetest little girl, tail waggingly friendly in a low key, gentle way. As evidenced by her graying muzzle Fiona is a 'senior' which means nothing more than she is experienced in the ways of the world, has calm, positive energy and is happiest when snuggling with her companion. Fiona took care of business as soon as we left the building, indicating she is likely housetrained. We crossed the street and as I reached into my bag for something she immediately sat down thinking I was reaching for a treat! Smart girl, our Fiona. A treat was not my original intention, but she, of course, did get a treat! Walking perfectly and spryly on the leash we encountered a few dogs, all of whom Fiona met with an appropriate tail wag, making a special friend out of a huge lab we met in the park. Every time I told her she was a 'good girl' (which I did often) she gave a little bunny hop of happiness. Fiona posed for her photos like a super model, making wonderful soft and expressive eye contact. As I cleaned her kennel before putting her back in, she waited like a perfect lady until it was ready. Fiona looks like she has had a few litters in her lifetime, but is now spayed and ready to find a new home. I can't think of a more perfect companion than one who simply and happily wants to be by your side. Ask to meet Fiona today.
