Tall, dark and handsome - it doesn't get better than that!! Elvis stepped calmly out of his kennel, looked up at me as if to say thank you and out we went. He took care of business immediately indicating his is likely housetrained. He's a little bit shy, and seems unaccustomed to some of the loud street noises of First Avenue, but gamely walked by my side demonstrating wonderful leash manners. His graying snout gives him an air of sophistication and worldliness, which is contradicted by his quiet and shy personality. Elvis wasn't thrilled being tethered for photos but knew he had to be a good boy for them and he was! He's very alert, taking in his new surroundings; his intelligence is obvious when looking into his eyes. As we walked two little dogs were playing and it was clear that he would have loved to join them for some fun. Elvis is looking for a new family to take care of and hopes that you come meet him today. We would love to say for real "Elvis has left the building!!"

This dog is in danger of being placed on the euthanasia list, so time is of the essence. If you can help do not wait, contact a rescue group now
