Well helloooo handsome! With his adorably furrowed brow and hunky physique, Crimson's been breaking hearts since his arrival at the Care Center and as a fellow volunteer put it, he could figure on a magazine cover as this year's Sexiest Dog Alive! He's a big, strong boy but easy to handle and walks quite well on leash, passing other dogs (even very barky ones) with nonchalance and sitting politely for treats or a throw of the ball. Crimson is a superb athlete and he adores playing fetch, running or leaping to catch the ball and then dashing over to the bench so he can lay back and slowly mouth his prize. While he does like to keep it close, this good boy is no guarder and I can pet him and smoosh his face as much as I want, even with a mouth full of tennis ball. His large size, boisterous energy and some unease around other dogs mean this gorgeous guy isn't for everyone but in an active, attentive and experienced home he will shine like a star. If you've got what it takes to be the adoring entourage Crimson deserves then don't wait another day, come on in and claim this rare and wonderful beauty for your very own!

This dog is in danger of being on the euthanasia list and could be scheduled to be killed at any time! From The ACC site: To help ensure successful adoptions, please fill out a pre-adoption application (http://www.nycacc.org/pdfs/adoptions/AdoptionApplication.pdf) and bring it with you when you come into the Care Center to adopt a pet. If you are coming from outside of the immediately area, it is strongly suggest that you first complete an application and email it to adoption @ nycacc.org -This will allow ACC to answer any questions and resolve any potential obstacles before you make the trip.
