Beautiful neglected pitbull Lucky Charm needs home in Manhattan, New York
A volunteer writes: I saw Lucky Charm out with a staff member today and she is TINY, around the size of a 5 or 6 month old puppy! She seemed keen for a walk and her compromised vision in that one eye is no disability, she's just as jaunty as the next dog. A very cute and sweet little girl!
