Adorable friendly shih tzu Randall in danger@NYC kill shelter in Manhattan, New York

Randall walked calmly on leash at the shelter. She was nervous and a bit shy but friendly during the assessment - low body and tail, but trying to stay close. Randall was calm but a bit tense during some of handling and the tag interaction but was not interested in food, toys or rawhide. She does not approach the other dog, turns body to side.

This dog is located at the Manhattan Animal Care&Control (326 E110 St, Manhattan 10029). Please do not email for status updates... the only thing you will accomplish is spamming their in boxes and causing REAL adopter emails to go un-noticed. Contact the NYC ACC at (212) 788-4000 for further automated instructions. Also, have the ID# listed at the top of this post handy when inquiring!! This dog is in danger of being on the euthanasia list and could be scheduled to be killed at any time! If you absolutely cannot get to the shelter, please contact participating rescue groups listed toward the bottom of the link to see if they can assist you:
