7mo old pittie pup Cachucha in dangr@NYC kill sheltr-dumped b/c 'sick' in Manhattan, New York

*Cachucha was originally brought to ACC by his 1st family who claimed they had no time for him. He was adopted about a week ago, and returned again by his 'new' family who claim he is sick...rather than take him to a vet, they return him to a kill shelter where he will only get sicker...he has a respiratory infection, most likely kennel cough, which is very easily treated with antibiotics but he needs to get out of ACC ASAP, no 7 month old puppy should have to experience getting dumped at ACC twice, neither time for any excusable reason

Cachucha is everything a puppy should be - happy, cuddly and full of life - and as if that wasn't enough he's also mature beyond his age, an easy walker and one smart cookie! I could not believe my eyes when I saw that this amazing boy had been surrendered to our care but his former owner's loss will be his lucky new family's gain. Cachucha is extremely friendly to both people and dogs and just loves to give and receive cuddles. He takes treats very gently and after one lesson he is already learning to sit for them. Cachucha has the most delightful temperament and when a group of noisy kids zoomed by on scooters as we strolled through the park, he remained completely unfazed and merely watched them pass with a wagging tail. This beautiful boy is in PERFECT physical condition, he has a super soft coat and his bright eyed smile could melt the hardest of hearts. When we took our walk every dog owner we passed commented on his amazing good looks and I confess I stood a little prouder with such a handsome guy at my side. Cachucha is so loving and lovable, he would be an easy fit for any home. Come to our Manhattan Care Center to meet this perfect pup for yourself and prepare to leave with a new family member!
