IKEA KARLSTAD White Leather Couch + Ottoman in Manhattan, New York

This is a 6 month old couch (actually, an oversized loveseat) and ottoman that I need to sell because I'm moving to Australia. It is in excellent condition and well maintained (I leather conditioned it just after I bought it, and once again just a few weeks ago). I purchased and installed the upgraded brushed aluminum legs for the couch and ottoman. I do not have the cheap-looking wood legs.
I am a consultant and spend very little time at home so the couch has basically just been sitting here.
One very nice option is that if you want a larger couch with a chaise lounge, you can buy the full add-on at IKEA and connect it into this couch by unscrewing four bolts, very easy. Details at the bottom.
