1960 Fender Stratocaster in Manhattan, New York

Serious inquiries please. This Guitar was sold new where I live, sometime around early '61. I am selling it for the 4th owner. I am in contact with the 2nd owner, and can possibly get in touch with the original purchaser soon after January 1st.
I have quite a few pictures, a bit of memorabilia, and the Guitar with me until it sells. I am trying to keep it off of eBay. The proceeds are going to be used for Missionary work.
It has the original brown Tolex case in decent shape, the original strap, and an ashtray cover fitted, but I am not sure of it's originality.
Dealbreakers:
1: partial refret.
2: headstock decal has been replaced; poorly by the 3rd owner, a Hack.
3: headstock has been refinished/oversprayed, but it is good enough to leave as is.
4: 2-color Sunburst has turned into a partial 3-color, but it is definitely completely original.
5: untouched electronics in every way. Excellent Tremolo w/ all adjustments working perfectly, and the plating is in very good condition. Original Trem bar.
