I have a emergency and will need to be away during a month. Im looking for someone that will occupy my bedroom during this period (11/06/2014 until 12/05/2014).
The bedroom is private. You will be share the bathroom (Exceptionally clean for a regular basis housekeeper) and also, will have an use of the kitchen.Per and the kitchen
- THE BUILDING:
Pre-War Building,Walk In,No elevator,6 levels (but the apartment is on the first level),No Doorman (But the area is completely safe! The NYPD including has two cameras in front our building!)
- THE APARTMENT:Private apartment, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom,with the living room and kitchen connected.
- THE ROOM:Is the master room of the apartment, furnished with a queen size bed, dresser, china cabinet and closet. It is also provided whit a conforter set, sheets set, pillows and towels.
- AMENITIES:Air conditioner,Flat screen TV,Washer/Dryer machine unit inside the apartment,Housekeeper service for the commom areas (paid in full for Lease Holder).
- UTILITIES (included in your rent):Electricity,Heat,Water,Cable TV,Internet

Housemate #1: Female, 65 years old, Straight, Brazilian, Personal Assistant
Housemate #2: Female, 23 years old, Straight, Nigerian, Fashion Designer StudentPets: a male and female Tuxedo cats. The male will be traveling with me, and the female will stay at home with my housemate.
