FANTASTIC Flexform pull out sofa bed in Manhattan, New York

We are moving and have to part ways with our absolutely wonderful queen sofa bed. It's a Flexform Winny pull-out that originally went for $9k. We are asking just $750 from someone willing to give it a new home (and move it out of ours).
Couch is in good shape. 76.5" long and 36.5" deep. Cushions are very sturdy. There's a small stain on the left-hand side of the couch, which would probably come out in dry cleaning. All cushion covers are easy to remove.
Couch has lived in a completely smoke-free, flood-free, bed bug-free home.
Buyer must arrange for move-out from fifth-floor walk-up on UWS. We will accept $750 or best offer.
