Im a 22yo Professional Female who needs a Female roommate to sublet my apartment with me! I love running in central park, surfing around Long Island, eating delicious food, and going on adventures in the city. I am very easy-going, understanding, and if you were to get sick Im the kind of roommate that would take care of you. I want the apartment to feel like our home away from home! Here are the details:
-Sublet November 4th to February 28th
-Your 1/2 of Utilities/Internet/Cable ~ $100
-Rent due on the 28th of each month (no late room at all)
-$500 deposit to reserve the place in advance
-Single bed provided
-Fully furnished apartment, no room for additional furniture
-Dishwasher
-Laundry (Washer/Dryer) in building
-4th Floor Walk Up in a Brownstone
-Students are okay
-No Pets (Sorry, I wish that wasnt the case!)
-No smoking of any legal or illegal drugs in the apartment, please be respectful of this rule set by the landlord
-You will need to secure a PO Box if youd like to have mail sent to you while living here.
Just a little more about me:
-I have a responsible/respectful boyfriend who will likely stay the night around twice/wk
-I am looking for a roommate who is also easy-going and has my back
-For exp: If you were to leave dishes in the sink and I knew you were busy, Id just do them for you and it would not be a big deal. VIce versa, I hope that you would see things the same way, and if there was ever an apartment issue, just communicate openly with me about it, in a reliable manner.
-I work really hard on weekdays from 8:45am-5:15pm, so itd be nice to have a roommate who wants to do fun things on the weekend with me.
