If you are interested in keeping the couch and table that are in the pictures above, the couch is $900 and the table is $400, they are both less than 5 months old. The couch is the best couch in the world, its a sectional, super comfy and sleeps 3 with room to spare. The table seats 4 and has a stainless steel top.
We can transfer the utility bills over to you as well, or shut them off, whatever you prefer. Time Warner Cable (currently have Showtime and HBO and two DVRs) for around $180-$200 a month. Electric is through Con Ed and is usually around $80-$100 a month.
