Petra was saved off the at risk list by Anjellicle Cats Rescue. This beautiful, healthy girl was so traumatized at first that she was fearful in her new foster home. Once she finally understood that she was safe, though, she began to blossom! She loves to meow her cute, squeaky little meows to invite you to play. She loves to peep out coyly from behind the furniture. She seems to enjoy the petting and brushing. She gives enthusiastic head butts, and took a fancy to her new pet bed, kneading it like crazy and purring up a storm! Petra wants to play all the time--she wears me out! A real fun little cat, and such a flirt! She is also very funny. She keeps spilling her water dish, and I thought it was maybe she bumped into it whenever she ran past it, so I started not filling the water up as high. But no! Last night I watched in amazement as she sat down in front of it and spun it with one paw to amuse herself. And then, to prove it was no accident, she did it again. Petra was born around 6/3/11.
