It is a five minute walk from three subway stops- Bowery, Spring Street, and Grand Street. There is laundry in the basement, and a live-in superintendent who is the best. Its a very peaceful, cozy and convenient space to live in.

We are two sisters in our 20s. One of us works in magazine advertising and the other works as an assistant and freelance film editor. Our jobs require long hours so we hope that this place can maintain a calm, welcoming, and fun atmosphere.
