- Mik: A business operations manager at Downtown Alliance. Enjoys yoga, is totally gluten and dairy free. Loves healthy living. Hyperactive reader. Introvert.
The Neighborhood
- Location: In the heart of TriBeCa on Harrison St and Greenwich Ave
- Fun: Across the street from Pier 25/26 (with Mini-Golf course, sailing, beach volleyball, and FREE kayaking). Also free concerts once in a while.
- Biking: Across the street from the Hudson River bike path
- Transportation: A few blocks from A,C,E,1,2,3
The Apartment
The apartment is beautiful and affordable (took us about 3 weeks of searching the area to find the perfect one). It has:
- a huge 90 SQ ft balcony with a view of the WTC and the Hudson River. Great for working from home during the summer. Has electrical outlets and little table!
- fully renovated kitchen with a brand new HUGE fridge (that dispenses ice and filtered water), microwave, and dishwasher
- washer/dryer IN THE APARTMENT!
You Are:
- Easygoing, no-drama
- Have a full time job earning at least $70,000-$80,000 per year (40x rent, not our rule)
- Have 700 Credit Score
- Personable and Friendly (want a roommate that you can hang out with on weekends and after work)
