Global Village 56Kbps Fax/Modem PC card, model A956, single-slot type-II PCMCIA, with matching dongle cable/cord containing 2 RJ-11(?) jacks to connect to regular phone lines, in very good condition. Card comes in clear plastic case. I used to use it in an old PowerBook G3 years ago, so I have not tested it lately, but it worked fine back then, so I will have to say as is.
