$1555 room for rent in Village-East Manhattan in Manhattan, New York

Looking for mid-to-late 20s roommate for apartment in East Village.
My awesome roommate is moving back home so he can transition into his new career. So I am looking for a new roommate (preferably male) to sign a one year lease beginning April 1st within the same apartment. The rent for the room is $1,555 (The price of the total apartment is $3,225 a month). It is East Village so the apartment is small however, its really nice. It was renovated last year, it has brick exposure throughout, washer/dryer in unit, an awesome patio and Hue lights.
Having a great roommate is very powerful thing. If you have been fortunate enough to have one, you recognize it allows you to be at your best and creates serendipity.
