$1550 room for rent in Gramercy-Union Sq Manhattan in Manhattan, New York

This is a one bedroom sublet in a three bedroom apartment in stuyvescent town with two other females. Its available APRIL 1 and I am looking for someone longer term but may also be open to short term. The bedroom and the rest of the apartment are furnished.
I am a 29 year old female and and have a fulltime job in midtown. My roommate is also a professional in her late twenties. We like to keep a clean, peaceful environment and Im looking for a professional female who is clean, respectful and responsible.
The room has a big window looking out to trees and comes with a huge closet that is across the hall from the room. The apartment has a dishwasher, and the building has an elevator and laundry. The apartment was renovated right before I moved in. I have lived here for three years, have had no problems and love it.
Utilities, including air conditioning unit in room, water, electric and heat, are all included in the rent. Only other expenses would be $50 a month for cable with DVR/internet and $45 a month for a twice monthly maid.
