$1500 room for rent in Gramercy-Union Sq Manhattan in Manhattan, New York

I am moving out of the city and I am looking to sublet my room starting March 15th, 2015.
Details on the sublet:
- The apartment is located in Stuyvesant Town (20th street and Avenue C). The apartment is close to two parking garages. The location is also in proximity to FDR and a running/biking alley on the east side of the city.
- There is a gym (part of Stuy Town) 5 min away from the apartment.
- There is a dry cleaners and a great deli just 5 min away from the apartment.
- The apartment is close to Stuy Towns oval (a library, cafe, skating ring and many fun winter and summer activities organized for the residents).
- The apartment building is very safe.
- There is a bus stop right in front of the building. The buses go across town and have multiple stops with easy access to all lines of the subway.
- The room is furthest from the entrance and very private and quiet. The room has a spacious closet and is the second biggest room in the apartment. There is plenty of space for a king size bed and additional furniture.
The apartment has 4 bedrooms. My roommates are all easy going professionals. They are very friendly and will be a great addition to your circle of friends. There is a small puppy in the apartment.
I am flexible in terms of the move-in date (I am open to discuss earlier move-ins). The rent will be pro-rated depending on the move-in date.
I am also interested in selling my furniture (brand new bed with mattress, shelves, cabinet with drawers, mirror, and shoe rack all in perfect condition). Please, let me know, if you are interested in buying any of the above.
