$1250 room for rent in Village-East Manhattan in Manhattan, New York

Renting one room in my East Village duplex. This room comes furnished with two dressers, one queen size mattress, and bedding. The room also has a large window, AC/heater and is roughly 13 x 8. There is also a dedicated closet for the tenant of this room for hanging coats, jackets, shirts, etc. There is plenty of space to store items like luggage and other personals in a different section of the apartment.
There is a 50 inch TV and couch in the living room, with time warner cable tv and high speed internet. Apartment includes a small balcony area, a dining area and a full kitchen with plates, utensils and all needed cooking wear.
The two roommates are mid 20s responsible professionals. They frequently do not come home until 8 or 9 at night, and enjoy bar hopping on the weekends.
You will pay for 1/3 of utilities and internet. Averages roughly $60 a month.
Room available from April 21st until July 28th.
Neighborhood is safe and around a bunch of fantastic restaurants and bars. Right in front of a citi bike rack, bus station and steps from the subway lines.
Landlord will need to run a credit report, and I will request 1 months rent up front.
