Hi, Im looking for a female roommate for immediate move in.
Its a medium size apt with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a kitchen.
There should be a lease signed ether for 6 months or a year.
The room that is available is $1200. (total price of the apt $2500/month)
It has 2 windows and it comes unfurnished.
Ive attached pictures for your convenience, but unfortunately didnt take a picture of a space near the kitchen. So there is some more space for a table, or little couch etc.
The apartment is on the 5th flour.
