2005 Triumph Thruxton in beautiful, relatively rare and eye-catching Racing Yellow (available for only 2 years). In great running condition, she's very reliable and has never let me down. The valves have recently been adjusted and everything is in great working order. She's been a reliable, nimble urban bike, kept in a motorcycle-exclusive garage in the East Village of Manhattan.
2005 was a great year for Thruxtons, as it was one of the few years they came with genuine clip-ons and were still carbureted.
Triumph twins are known to be bullet-proof and reliable, and this one's been no exception.
She'll come with two keys, fork lock key, owner's manual, and a Haynes workshop manual. I've installed a Triumph OEM Powerlet outlet, as well, for heated gear or cell phone charging, etc. The headlight's been upgraded to a bright HID lamp and the indicators are upgraded to bright LEDs, which makes them easy to see in the day.
This bike has been extremely reliable and wonderful for me, but unfortunately I'm moving someplace she can't accompany me. It will break my heart to let her go, so please be a good home if you're interested.
Bike is located in Manhattan. Pick-up is your responsibility, but I'd be willing to drop her off in New York City or northern New Jersey if the weather cooperates.
