Excellent condition - La-Z-Boy 3-Seater Recliner Couch in Leather in Manhattan, New York

I'm selling an extremely comfortable La-Z-Boy 3-seater premium leather couch. The couch has recliners on both ends (middle seat does not recline). I cannot stress how comfortable this couch is - I am yet to find one that is as comfortable (been looking for a smaller one for my new apartment). It is in excellent condition - there are some very minor blemishes that are not easily visible.
Dimensions are 88" wide x 34" depth x 44" height. Allow for about 3 - 4 additional inches in depth (space between couch and wall behind it) for full recline.
