why pay $100 for a brand new suit... L40/34 Size in Manhattan, New York

Selling a suit that was worn only once in the last 12 months
The suit is 100% wool
3 button jacket, 4 button sleeve
size is L40/34
I'm a 6 foot guy but perhaps just a bit too skinny for this one.
Anyway, I'm not the "suit" kind of guy so I'm putting it up for sale.
Purchased at $249, I'm selling it at $55.
Probably needs a dry clean to freshen up and a press.
I tried to take pictures of everything so it will all be clear what's included
since I really know nothing about suit's specifications.
