$1800 room for rent in Lower East Side Manhattan in Manhattan, New York

I am subletting a room in our fabulous sunny apartment from APRIL 15th to MAY 14th, the month or a couple weeks within this period.
The apartment is located in the Lower East Side of MANHATTAN a 10-15 min walk to Wall Street, Battery Park, Soho, East Village and two blocks away from the F train. It is located on the water in between the two bridges, Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridge which makes for a nice walk on a warm sunny day.
Bedroom is in a large three bedroom apartment separate from the other two bedrooms and with its own private full bathroom. The apartment is extremely clean and quaint. Bedroom is 10x14 with walk-in closet and view of the Empire State Building and upper Manhattan. There is a brand new $2000 full size mattress, responsible AC, desk, dresser and vanity in the bathroom.
Apartment has a large living room with cable Television, a large balcony looking over Manhattan, a liquor cabinet and dining area. Kitchen is separate with brand new appliances and dishwasher.
Building is a doorman building with LAUNDRY ROOM and GYM. Apartment is super close to an array of restaurants and bars.
Both roommates are friendly, and extremely easy going. Both roommates work a lot, they are non judgmental and really easy to get along with.
Smoking is allowed on the balcony.

RENT IS $1750 for the month or $500 for the week. A $500 deposit is due for the monthly stay and $250 deposit for the week. We can sign an agreement.
