Highly desirable vintage Singer Sewing Machine Model 301A in Wood Cabinet with Attachments/Feet. Excellent working order.
They don't make 'em like they used too!
1950s Vintage Model Singer 301A in a handsome wood cabinet with 3 drawers and LOTS of attachments! I had this cleaned and serviced, but only used it a few times after that to make curtains and hem a few pair of pants. This machine is quality, all metal for durability. Machine is in excellent working order. Sews perfectly and smoothly. Working light to help see close work better. Machine has been kept covered and closed while not in use. They really don't make them like this any more!
Cabinet is in very good condition. There are 3 roomy storage drawers with brass handle pulls. One has a sliding lift-out tray. There is a small chip on one of the drawers. The top opens to provide a generous working surface. This is a fine and efficient piece of furniture!
Swing-down knee-pedal is very comfortable and intuitive to work with.
In addition to the original straight stitch foot, there are several other feet/attachments:
? Gathering/Ruffle foot
? Hemming foot
? Zig-zag attachment in original box
? Button-hole attachment set in original box
? Other pieces but I'm not sure what they are for
